FP&A Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Controller to join our team at TD SYNNEX Europe Services and Operations S.L.U. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and consolidating all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as challenging the business on forecasts and plans submitted.
Main Responsibilities- Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Forecasting Process: Develop and maintain the AOP and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning and analysis.
- Summary Schedules and KPIs: Produce summary schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs) for use in the business, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
- Board Presentation Packs: Prepare comprehensive board presentation packs to accompany forecasts, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial information.
- Consolidation and Forecasting: Consolidate and input data into the internal weekly forecast and the formal fortnightly quarterly outlook for Group, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning and analysis.
- Daily Management Reports: Deliver daily management reports, providing real-time financial information and insights to support business decision-making.
- Monthly ABC Reporting: Manage monthly ABC reporting on customer and vendor profitability for internal and Group use, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Model P&Ls for Strategic Planning: Prepare model profit and loss statements for key strategic planning, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
- Accounting Qualification: Possess a qualified accounting qualification, such as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Finance Department Experience: Have previous experience in a finance department, preferably in a medium to large business or audit environment.
- Controlling Experience: Possess controlling experience, with a focus on business-related financial planning and analysis.
- Modeling Skills: Have strong modeling skills, with experience in developing and maintaining financial models.
- Detailed-Oriented: Be highly detailed-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Presentation Skills: Possess strong presentation skills, with experience in communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excel and SAP/Access Knowledge: Have strong Excel skills, with experience in using SAP and Access software.
- Multi-Tasking Environment: Be able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive: Be proactive, with a focus on identifying and addressing financial planning and analysis opportunities.
