Financial Services Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience making fair and balanced decisions, where they must articulate their thinking clearly. They will also need to have excellent communication skills, including a talent for listening and explaining things in clear language as well as good written English.
The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that plays a vital role in UK financial services. Every day we help resolve disputes between consumers, or small businesses, and their financial service providers. Our hybrid policy sees us all working one day per week in the office.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating complaints about Insurance products and managing relationships with customers. You will need to have strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. The salary for this position is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
