We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our exceptional care team at Lark View Care Home in Canterbury. As a vital member of our team, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents with varying needs, including Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Palliative, and Respite care.
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated team to create a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.
  • Flexible hours, including dayshift and contracted hours (22/33/38.5/44 hours per week).
  • A comprehensive pension scheme.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave.
  • Paid DBS checks.
  • Uniform provided.

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • A genuine interest in working with the elderly and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
