The Role

As part of the firm's ongoing expansion, a new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in the heart of Cambridge.

In this role, you will work within a supportive and professional environment, handling a high-quality caseload that encompasses portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions, and disposals.

The team prides itself on forging close relationships with clients and providing proactive, tailored support throughout the development process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on being hands-on with clients and delivering exceptional results.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years of PQE and substantial experience dealing with a broad spectrum of commercial property law.
  • Meticulous with your work, commercially focused, and results-driven.
  • Confident in managing your own caseload and meeting tight deadlines.
