Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Insurance Accounts Administrator to join our team at The Recruiter Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and reconcile complex insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any account discrepancies.
  3. Utilise in-house systems, including Global XB, CLASS, and LORS, to manage accounts and ensure timely payment processing.
  4. Assist in the development of junior colleagues, providing training and guidance to improve their technical skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
