About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration, IT, and telecommunication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Management Team to ensure effective and efficient administration, IT, and telecommunication systems.
  • Develop and maintain sound relationships with Change Grow Live Business Support and external office and equipment suppliers.
  • Provide advice, information, and reports clearly and concisely via the most appropriate channel, while being sensitive to the needs of the audience.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records/data collection on clients, as required by NDTMS, Public health, and Change Grow Live performance frameworks and reporting requirements.
  • Manage an electronic filing system to ensure client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Be the main port of call for all administration-related matters and undertake regular and ad hoc requests from the Nurse Manager, Project Manager, Data Manager, and other Change Grow Live Senior Management.
  • Be a supportive line manager to our team of Admin Staff.
About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience of and ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
  • IT literacy and experience of using data management systems, including proficiency in word processing, data entry, maintaining databases, and familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • A clear understanding of data protection, information sharing, and confidentiality issues.
  • The ability to prioritise and have good time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and procedures.
  • Qualification in office/data administration (desirable but not essential).
