Job Summary:
Leonardo is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Project Delivery Executive to join our Customer Support and Service Solutions (CS3) line of business. This role will involve leading and managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team, controlling, reporting, and supporting various projects within CS3.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, lead, monitor, adapt, and report on engineering activities to ensure successful support solution delivery
• Manage engineering resource expenditure to ensure resources are available and utilized within budget
• Deliver on commitments made to internal and external customers and partners

Requirements:
• Proven communication and negotiation skills at all levels
• In-service knowledge and operation of multi-contractual support environments
• Experience in multifunctional team management with skills to supervise, coach, train, and motivate teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering to various audiences
