We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and care to our students.

What We Offer

Responsibilities

As a Level 3 SEND Learning Support Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans, in collaboration with educators and other support staff
  • Tracking student progress and contributing to data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborating with educators to adapt instruction and make adjustments to support student needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting student progress to parents and guardians

You will also contribute to the broader life of the school, participating in events, activities, and initiatives that promote student engagement and well-being.
