About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our luxury brands. As a key member of our Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing digital media campaigns, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, and VOD/Display media across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy to maximize brand exposure and drive sales
  • Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, fostering relationships with partners and optimising commission structures
  • Collaborate with the Brand, ECommerce and Marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns
  • Own the reporting of marketing campaign performance to senior management and stakeholders
  • Work with platform partners and brand teams to create best-in-class, digital-first creative assets
  • Support international expansion of brand .coms and stay up-to-date with industry trends and market shifts

Requirements

  • Solid experience working in a similar media role, managing performance channels in Beauty, Fashion or Luxury or DTC innovation-led businesses
  • Good Excel knowledge and experience working with Business Intelligence Platforms
  • Partnering experience with media agencies and various teams
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships across multiple teams
