Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Marketing Director to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing luxury brand marketing strategies, campaigns, and creative initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, and demand for our portfolio of luxury hotels in EMEA.


Your primary focus will be on customer data, building a strong understanding of the high net-worth customer to inform impactful marketing strategies with a clear ROI. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across EMEA and HQ, including Marketing, Brand, Loyalty, Partnerships, PR, and Communications teams.



About the Role


This role reports to the Vice President, Luxury Brands and Communications EMEA and has a dotted line to both the Vice President, Luxury Brands Europe and Vice President, Luxury Brands MEA. You will lead the Senior Manager Luxury Brand Marketing and Events, EMEA, and manage the Luxury Brand marketing fund expenditure.


You will oversee the coordination and ongoing management of the EMEA Luxury Brands messaging strategy, ensuring a cohesive, comprehensive, and coordinated approach to luxury consumer-facing messaging. Additionally, you will partner with EMEA Paid Media, Consumer Ops, Marketing Partnerships, Loyalty Marketing, and Communications teams to develop and execute strategies targeting HNWI in EMEA markets.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute luxury brand marketing strategies, campaigns, and creative initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, and demand for our portfolio of luxury hotels in EMEA.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across EMEA and HQ, including Marketing, Brand, Loyalty, Partnerships, PR, and Communications teams.
  • Lead the Senior Manager Luxury Brand Marketing and Events, EMEA, and manage the Luxury Brand marketing fund expenditure.
  • Oversight of internal and external Luxury Group events that target key stakeholders, including GSO events, Women in Luxury dinners, HNW customer events, owner summits, etc.
  • Partner with EMEA Paid Media, Consumer Ops, Marketing Partnerships, Loyalty Marketing, and Communications teams to develop and execute strategies targeting HNWI in EMEA markets.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • 10+ years of marketing experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance with a focus on marketing (lifestyle and luxury industry preferred).
  • Proven experience of driving creative marketing strategies and enhancing affinity for Luxury Brands.
  • University or professional marketing qualification required.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing strategy, marketing plans, brand marketing campaigns, digital brand marketing, financial planning, and budgeting is required.
  • High proficiency in English is required. Additional language knowledge or proficiency is desirable.
