Job Opportunity: Experienced Residential Conveyancer Wanted

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team at CV-Library. As an AML Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy funded transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex conveyancing cases
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve conveyancing issues
  • Provide expert advice on current AML requirements and regulations
  • Lead and manage a team of conveyancers to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy funded transactions
  • Strong knowledge of current AML requirements and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
