Sue Ross Legal is supporting a well-established law firm in Sheffield, seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of current Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and strong leadership skills. They will be experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy funded transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a friendly and growing firm that values a healthy work-life balance. The office is based on the outskirts of Sheffield, with flexible hours and hybrid working available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
