Residential Conveyancing Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy funded transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conveyancing: Handling residential conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy funded transactions.
  • AML Requirements: Ensuring comprehensive knowledge of current AML requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrating strong leadership skills and qualities, with a keen eye for detail.

Requirements:
