About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dementia support and home care to our clients in South Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to clients with dementia, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and medication management.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction.
