We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Dalcour Maclaren. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of tenants, including addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints. You will also coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you will ensure properties meet all necessary compliance requirements and handle day-to-day tenant issues and grievances. You will provide regular feedback and updates to clients on their property assets and tenant satisfaction. Your tasks will include reviewing rental rates and making recommendations for adjustments as needed, facilitating the re-letting process for vacant properties, and conducting regular property inspections to assess condition and identify any maintenance or safety concerns. You will also assist with the successful delivery of business support services to your specific area of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of tenants
  • Coordination of property maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring properties meet all necessary compliance requirements
  • Handling day-to-day tenant issues and grievances
  • Providing regular feedback and updates to clients
  • Reviewing rental rates and making recommendations
  • Facilitating the re-letting process for vacant properties
  • Conducting regular property inspections
  • Assisting with business support services

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in an administration/coordination role, ideally within the property sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with IT systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A valid driver's license and own transport is essential
