About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our International team at BDO UK. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services to clients
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of audit services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and quality
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure audit quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
  • Proven experience in managing and leading audit teams
  • Strong knowledge of ISAs, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
