About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading audits for non-profit organizations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and robust audits that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audits for non-profit organizations, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the delivery of high-quality and robust audits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, including UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our audit processes.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent qualification.
  • Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
  • Experience of managing audits, supervising junior team members, and developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
