About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit services to our non-profit clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services to non-profit clients
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Supervise and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent qualification
  • Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
  • Experience in conducting audits for non-profit organizations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
