Special Educational Needs and Mental Health Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a brand new SEMH school in Chelmsford.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sports and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children with SEMH needs.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with children who have a variety of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and MLD.
Your role will involve providing individualized support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, yet strong and resilient, with the ability to build strong relationships with individual children.
This is a long-term, full-time position, and we are seeking candidates who are available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm.
