About the Role:

As a key member of staff, you will work closely with teachers to provide one-on-one or group support to students, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to SEND students in a classroom setting or through one-on-one interventions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural difficulties
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student
  • Encourage student independence and confidence in their learning journey

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND students in a school setting and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for helping students with additional needs is essential, as well as patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet individual student needs.
