RIBBONS AND REEVES is seeking a supportive and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of SEND Support Assistant in our Hillingdon-based primary school.

This dynamic role involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Assist students with SEN in achieving their full potential through 1:1 and group support.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to adapt lesson plans and improve student outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a culture of inclusivity.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
