  • Develop and maintain relationships with foster carers and external providers

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, collate and present referral and monitoring data to inform strategic decision-making
  2. Liaise with Senior Placements Officer and Strategic Resource Manager on matters arising
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records and information systems

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have a degree in Social work, DipSW or CQSW
  • Current registration with HCPC
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
