Care First Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Youth Accommodation Manager to oversee the placement of looked after children, care leavers, and other young people in need of support and accommodation. The successful candidate will work closely with Social Work Units, in-house foster carers, and external providers to identify quality placements and accommodation.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating the placement process to ensure that all placements meet the necessary standards and requirements
  • Working with the Placements Social Worker and Fostering Support Units to identify in-house foster carers
  • Responding to referrals from Social Work Units and evaluating their suitability
  • Examining reports on potential carers to assess their suitability for looked after children

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Working hours: 36 hours per week. Location: Various boroughs including Hackney, Royal Borough of Greenwich, and London Borough of Redbridge.
