Job Description:
Planet Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our IT sales efforts in Canterbury, Kent. This role offers the chance to drive revenue growth, develop relationships with vendors, and open doors with existing and new customers.

About the Company:
Our client is a successful IT company expanding its customer base and product set by moving into both MSP and cybersecurity sales. They offer a fantastic commission structure and have exciting growth plans for the future.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and exceed KPIs
  • Maintain momentum and energy within the sales team
  • Identify and pursue new leads, leveraging creative and strategic thinking abilities

Requirements:
  • Proven sales background within VAR/MSP channel selling to end users
  • Strong ability to work as part of a sales team and maintain momentum
  • Able to deal with rejection and overcome objections from customers
