Healthcare Specialist in Surgical Sales

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our dedicated sales team in the Kent or Sussex region.
This field position requires strong sales experience and a passion for healthcare. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative sales environment, engaging with surgeons and nurses in the operational theater.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in medical sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Bid on and secure sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute business plans to meet targets.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons and nurses.
- Deliver product demonstrations and showcase the value of our medical products and services.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in medical sales in hospitals (ideally surgical).
- Establish professional relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with accounts from prospecting through evaluation stage to implementation within a national framework.
