We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Page Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to businesses, promoting our services, and cultivating long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of account management, including prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities.
  2. Initiate outbound sales calls to promote company services to businesses and develop strong customer relationships.
  3. Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
  4. Update relevant data daily, adhering to call, contact, and quality targets.
  5. Act on activities of decision-makers and incoming leads to secure appointments and drive sales.
  6. Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
  7. Contribute to team sales strategy discussions and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. A strong motivation for sales and prior experience in a relative field of logistics or delivery.
  2. Proficiency in using database software and a strong understanding of customer relationship management.

What We Offer:

  • Salary from £25,000 to £26,000
  • Monthly commission bonus expected
  • Year 1 earnings £42,000
