Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating business unit-wide people strategies, developing and implementing solutions that propel the business forward. You will work collaboratively with leaders to ensure positive employee relations, supporting the needs of the business while ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create business unit-wide people strategies and develop implementation plans
  • Coach and develop leaders in all areas of people leadership, including performance management and talent development
  • Lead HR-related projects and deployments, providing change management leadership as needed
  • Partner with COE teams to implement group-wide programmes
  • Apply analytical skills to collect and synthesise data, formulate recommendations based on data trends and insights, and influence where needed to gain support for business proposals

Requirements:

  • Degree educated alongside an MSc in Human Resources, related field or professional experience equivalent
  • Progressive HR experience in HR roles within fast-paced and matrix organisations
  • Industry experience in FMCG, Hospitality, Retail, Business Services, Sales or Customer focused business
  • Strong thinking skills and intellectual rigour
  • Proven ability to understand business goals and design & implement new approaches, policies, programmes to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of the HR function within the company

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus great corporate benefits and career opportunities.
