Farmland Consultant

Beach Baker is seeking an experienced Farmland Consultant to join their team in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on farmland matters, including estate management, agricultural tenancy work, and land diversification projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing expert advice to clients on farmland matters.
• Conducting property valuations for rural and residential properties.
• Preparing budgets and cashflows for Contract and Share Farming Agreements.
• Recommending strategies for land management and exploring diversification opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of farmland management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary (£60,000 - £70,000 per annum), commensurate with experience, plus car allowance. A discretionary bonus scheme is also available.
