Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team. As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business
  • Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives
  • Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
  • Manage all day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth
  • Perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience
  • Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients

Requirements

  • Commercial Insurance is essential however that can be from a Handler or Underwriting background
  • Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
  • Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities
