- Cert CII qualified, adept in Acturis, with a robust understanding of commercial practices
POSITION DETAILS:
In this role, you will support the Directors in the management and expansion of a diverse client portfolio, ensuring adherence to FCA regulations while providing high-quality advice and exceptional service to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include upholding compliance with industry best practices, nurturing professional relationships with clients, efficiently addressing client inquiries, assisting with commercial renewals, preparing for and participating in client meetings, analyzing data for risk assessment, managing outstanding debts, and ensuring that policy documents are precise and compliant.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in commercial broking, hold a Cert CII qualification, be proficient in Acturis, and demonstrate strong commercial insight with a proactive approach to professional development. We are looking for a dedicated individual with proven experience in assisting directors with the management of a growing client portfolio, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. When establishing trusted relationships with clients, you will maintain accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Preferred qualifications include DIP CII or progress towards it, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial broking.
