- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker
- Cert CII qualified, adept in Acturis, with a solid understanding of commercial operations
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will support the Directors in managing and expanding a diverse client portfolio, ensuring adherence to FCA regulations, and providing high-quality advice and exceptional service to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining compliance with industry best practices and protocols
- Building and nurturing professional relationships with clients
- Efficiently addressing client inquiries
- Assisting with commercial renewals
- Preparing for and participating in client meetings
- Conducting data analysis for effective risk management
- Managing outstanding debts
- Ensuring policy documents are accurate and compliant
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in commercial broking, be Cert CII qualified, proficient in Acturis, and demonstrate strong commercial insight with a proactive approach to professional development. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in supporting directors in managing a growing client portfolio, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. In building trusted relationships with clients, you will prioritize accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Preferred qualifications include DIP CII or progress towards it, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial broking.
