Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT support to our clients, managing and resolving technical issues escalated from our 1st line team via phone or remote desktop connection. This role involves configuring and installing new equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers and other peripherals. Troubleshooting complex IT-related problems using your in-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office 365 and networking skills is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional IT support to clients, managing and resolving technical issues escalated from our 1st line team via phone or remote desktop connection.
• Configure and install new equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot complex IT-related problems using your in-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office 365 and networking skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Entra, Intune, TCP/IP, Firewalls and PowerShell is essential. A proven track record of delivering high-quality IT support services is also required.
