Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a Food and Beverage Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Food and Beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage preparation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of menus, promotions, and events to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
