About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly/entry-level employees in the food and beverage department. This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of hourly/entry-level employees in the food and beverage department
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a high level of quality in all food and beverage operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage sales and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
