About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with students aged 7-16 who face challenges related to social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to students using positive reinforcement techniques and therapeutic interventions
* Collaborate with educational psychologists to develop tailored learning plans
* Create a safe and supportive environment for students to express themselves freely
* Implement strategies to encourage independence and self-investigation
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with additional needs is beneficial but not mandatory
* Full training will be provided on site
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30
Salary:
£80 to £90 per day
