About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Business to join our Toyota Dealership in Cheltenham. This is an exciting time to be part of the brand, with new vehicles and significant growth forecasted for 2025.

As Head of Business, you will report to the Toyota Brand Director and take overall responsibility for the performance of the Dealership. Your primary focus will be on leading from the front to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the management team to drive the continued growth of Retail, Aftersales, and Fleet business.
  • Develop and implement a leading customer satisfaction programme to differentiate our dealership from competitors.
  • Lead and develop the team at the dealership, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Take a strategic approach to all operations of the business, including sales, growth, quality, and profitability.
  • Oversee project success, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

About You

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing Retail, Fleet, and Aftersales departments within a franchised dealership. You will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware individual with strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a real passion for the Toyota brand.
