Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Business to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our dealership, including Retail, Aftersales, and Fleet business. You will drive a leading customer satisfaction programme, lead and develop our team, and develop a strategic approach for all operations of the business.
About You
- You will have extensive experience of overseeing Retail, Fleet, and Aftersales departments within a franchised dealership.
- You will have experience as Head of Business or General Manager.
- You will be able to demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- You will be proactive and commercially aware, with a winning mentality and a real passion for the brand.
