Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Business to join our Toyota Dealership in Cheltenham. This is an exciting time to be part of the brand, with new vehicles and significant growth forecasted for 2025.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the continued growth of Retail, Aftersales, and Fleet business. You will lead and develop the team at the dealership, implementing a strategic approach to all operations, including sales, growth, quality, and profitability.

About the Role

  • Oversee the Retail, Fleet, and Aftersales departments within a franchised dealership.
  • Experience as Head of Business or General Manager.
  • Demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Pro-active and commercial awareness to make the most of sales and business opportunities.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a real passion for the brand.
