We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Cummins Inc. in the Global PGM Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to deliver accurate financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the PGM, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the PGM
  • Support strategic planning by providing high-quality data inputs for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and business simulations
  • Ensure financial accuracy by executing PROF reconciliations and journal entry uploads accurately
  • Manage expenses by taking full responsibility for SAR/Managed Expenses reporting for the EMEIA region
  • Collaborate with assigned verticals to deliver insightful analysis and support demand reviews, forecasts, and financial strategies
  • Support financial reporting and audits by assisting with Power BI reporting and providing necessary data for DAV plant audits

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. A college, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study.
