The Data Insights Specialist will play a key role in helping the team develop individuals to understand the information they are presented with, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive service improvements.

The Specialist will be responsible for producing, analysing, and delivering high-quality data to operational management and staff within the organisation. This will involve developing and maintaining dashboards/reporting using Tableau, providing expertise and support on information analysis to managers and clinicians at all levels.

The role will focus on ensuring the Trust's management information system (Tableau) is aligned to business requirements, with all appropriate reports/dashboards developed to agreed specifications within given timescales.

The Specialist will lead on providing a complete end-to-end service for the development of Tableau reports, working with staff to establish clear requirements through to development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

They will provide specialist advice on Tableau, data analysis, reporting, statistical analysis, and data warehousing.

The Specialist will also lead on implementing data quality tools into their area of the business, ensuring the right staff have access to the right tool and skills to monitor and comply with data quality standards.
