Job Opportunity

IRD Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team in the fine jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth and achieve sales objectives through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio, providing personalized luxury customer experiences.
  3. Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and brand direction, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional sales results.
  5. Fluency in a foreign language is an asset.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum three years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with fine jewellery expertise and a client book.
  2. Proven sales skills with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. Ability to deliver flawless sales experiences, adhering to brand standards while showcasing individual professionalism.
  4. Capacity to strengthen brand loyalty through personalized client follow-ups.
  5. Commission-based pay and additional employee benefits.
