Management Assistant Director

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our busy pubs. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are maintained.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including:

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of quality;
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including cash handling, stock control, and inventory management;
- Developing and implementing business plans, managing budgets, and driving sales growth;
- Recruiting, training, and developing a team of staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service.
