Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Project Director to join our team at Millbank Holdings Ltd. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in delivering exceptional design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring the engineering quality of project delivery, ensuring compliance with client specifications and engineering standards.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to manage scope changes, time, and cost constraints.
  • In cooperation with Client Project Engineering Capability, ensure the technical quality of all conceptual designs, design schemes, detail drawings, and associated design documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with Engineering Standards and applicable legislation.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of data and information received from clients.
  • Liaise with the Project Management Team to ensure effective project delivery to time and cost.
  • Report to the Project Management Team when project risks have been realized.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience of nuclear working practices.
  • Experience of nuclear Project Control Procedures.
  • Educated to HNC / HND or degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or a chartered engineer & member of an appropriate institute.
  • Extremely strong management skills.
  • A vigorous leader who can hold the team to account.
  • Ability to inspire a team and seek advantages in communications to the team and wider project arena.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
