Our client is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Dumper Driver Labourer to join their team. As a key member of their construction crew, you will be responsible for carrying out general labour tasks in conjunction with operating a dumper on their civil engineering and groundworks projects.

**Responsibilities/Requirements/Skills**
- Operate a dumper safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Assist with general labour tasks as required, including but not limited to digging, lifting, and site cleaning
- Always adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain the dumper in good working condition and report any issues to the site manager
- Basic knowledge and experience of working in a busy construction site environment
- Understanding of health and safety practices and regulations
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket
- Ability to drive to site locations as needed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
