Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Advisor to join our team at Airband, an internet service provider bringing high-speed broadband to rural communities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their broadband requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase customer connections and grow our customer base.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Attend local events, meetings, and fairs to promote Airband's services and build brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a door-to-door or field sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Pro-active and target-driven approach, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Competitive basic salary, plus up to 16K commission and £4,800 car allowance.
  • 25 days of paid leave per year, rising to 30 plus bank holidays with service.
