Dispute Resolution Business Development Role

The selected candidate will work closely with partners in the Dispute Resolution practice to deliver high-quality business development support and guidance. Key responsibilities include identifying challenges and opportunities for the practice, developing a focused marketing and business development strategy, and producing content and campaigns to engage with key clients.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a marketing and business development strategy to strengthen relationships with existing clients, target new work, and build the global reputation of the firm.
  • Produce and manage practice group content, campaigns, and relevant directory and award submissions to increase engagement with key clients and enhance the personal brands of leading practitioners.

About Marketing & Business Development (MBD)

MBD is a dynamic global team that includes business development specialists, research analysts, brand, marketing, and communications experts. The team shapes the firm's client strategy, completes analysis of complex business issues, targets opportunities, develops compelling proposals, and creates content and marketing campaigns that lead the firm's digital presence.

Requirements

  • Strong emotional intelligence, independent thinking, and execution, and mature professional judgment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, with knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills and demonstrated capabilities to manage multiple deadlines and changing project criteria, and resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communications skills, with demonstrated excellence in marketing copywriting, grammar, and proofreading.
  • Ability to analyse a variety of data sets, spotting trends and opportunities and translating into deliverable outcomes.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Suite software.
