Sales and Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced **Sales and Business Growth Manager** to drive growth across our SME and larger business portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly 'New Business' targets by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones.
This role requires a proven track record in B2B outbound selling in a technical / IT / software service environment (MSP), as well as effective networking, deal-closing, and after-sales management skills.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Achieving monthly 'New Business' targets by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones.
- Identifying and building relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Staying informed on developments for accurate sales forecasting.
We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000, depending on experience, as well as excellent progression, learning and development potential, lucrative bonus and incentive schemes, and a Pension & Benefits Platform with Exclusive Discounts.
