About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Advisor to join our team at Southdown, a leading provider of mental health services in East Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to clients experiencing crisis, utilizing a psychology-informed approach.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to explore their needs and develop personalized support plans.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative community mental health services within the area.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
