About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Advisor to join our team at Southdown, working on the Staying Well Eastbourne service. This role involves providing one-to-one and group support to clients experiencing crisis, focusing on mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to clients, promoting their mental health and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative community mental health services in East Sussex.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
