Job Title: Deputy Head of 6th Form

Job Summary:

The Deputy Head of 6th Form will play a key role in ensuring the success of our students in post-16 provision. This involves demonstrating outstanding leadership to raise attainment and achieve the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Assistant Head Teacher - Post 16 to ensure students thrive and engage in academic and vocational learning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student attainment and progress.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective education provision.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to raise attainment and achieve high standards.
  • Experience of working in a post-16 education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
